1. Commission Refund Policy

SRCP is a referral platform. We do not sell products directly. All purchases are made through external merchant websites.

2. Product Refunds

• Product refunds are handled by the respective merchant
• Contact the merchant directly for product-related refunds
• SRCP is not responsible for product quality or delivery

3. Commission Cancellation

If a purchase is refunded by the merchant:

• Pending commissions will be automatically cancelled
• Confirmed commissions may be deducted from your wallet
• This applies during the 7-day return window

4. Withdrawal Refunds

Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once approved.

• Pending withdrawals can be cancelled before admin approval
• Approved/paid withdrawals are final
• Ensure payment details are correct before requesting withdrawal

5. Fraudulent Activity

Commissions earned through fraudulent activity will be:

• Immediately cancelled
• Deducted from wallet balance
• Not eligible for refund or withdrawal

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for policy violations:

• All pending commissions will be forfeited
• Confirmed wallet balance may be forfeited
• No refunds will be issued
