1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Subscriber Referral & Commission Platform ("SRCP"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

3. Referral Program

3.1 Commission Structure

• One-Level Commission Only: You earn commission only from direct referrals
• Current commission rate: 10% (subject to change)
• Commission is NOT earned on your own purchases

3.2 Commission Status

• Pending: Commission pending during return window (7 days)
• Confirmed: Commission confirmed after return window expires

4. Return Window

• All commissions remain pending for 7 days after purchase
• If purchase is refunded, commission will be cancelled

5. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹500
• Processing time: 3-7 business days

6. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple or fake accounts
• Self-referrals
• Fraudulent activity

Violation will result in account termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
